My name is Answer and I am African. I am a mature bride who is 48 years old. I am planning to wed my boyfriend of two years in October this year. This is my first wedding and I have two children (boys) aged 28 and 16 years. I really don't know what suits me. I am a bust size 38E but waist size 14. Slim legs. Please help.

It sounds like you have what is called an inverted triangle body type. That means that you have a prominent bust and narrow hips. With this body type usually you want to balance your shape by adding width to the hips. The best dress silhouettes for you might be an a-line dress, princess seam a-line or dropped waist style wedding dress.
It is great that you seem to have a small waistline so you may want to show that off by finding a gown with a fitted bodice that have princes seams. An a-line skirt that starts to flare about the abdomen level will balance the bust line. This will give you a balanced look.
The best necklines for you are those that are lower necklines, such as the v-neck, sweetheart or scoop necklines. High necklines will make your bust look bigger. Halter necklines with a v-neck or sweetheart neckline also look good on those with a prominent bust.
